About Us
The DMV Independent School Fair was born from the desire to help families seeking small school settings that were both academically rigorous and flexible enough to adapt to the current pandemic. Templeton Academy recognized the need facing so many families in the DMV and partnered with Friends Community School and Capitol Learning Academy to help launch the inaugural event on October 24, 2020. The Nora School and Oneness-Family Montessori School have since joined our organizing team as well.
